Originally from New Jersey, Alita has years of experience across a variety of asset types including Multi-Family, Industrial and Commercial. She has specialized in asset management and financial operations. She is a US CPA and has worked for the international branches for two of the Big-4 accounting firms. Alita earned her B.S. from Touro College and holds a New York CPA license.
